Caitie also shared some quick and easy ways to implement more macronutrients into a dancer’s diet.

As part of child protection week, today our Chair, Melanie Gard, was invited by NAPCAN to speak in parliament representing the Dance and Performing Arts sector on the issues and recommendations for making our industry safer for children and young people.
