At KRS Dance, we are making a big impact with excellent results in ballet exams, success in both solo and troupe competitions and by producing confident and capable dancers and choreographers. We cater equally for the serious dancer preparing for a career in the industry and those people dancing for fun and recreation. For kids, we recognise the importance of our dancers wearing age-appropriate costumes and dancing to age-appropriate concepts.
We are also the home of babyballet®️ Kirrawee and babyballet®️ Engadine.
Here at KRS Dance we offer both Recreational and Performance streams for our dancers. We believe that dance training should be consistent, safe and specific to each dancer so by the time our students are in Senior classes and graduating through our Pre-Professional course, they are at their peak and ready for the industry. Overtraining young bodies can cause burnout, injury and goes against safe dance practices.
We are also aware that over competitive and overtraining can be detrimental to young dancers mental health and well-being. Our older students have all been through our training programs and are a reflection of our ethos. Developing artists, careful training and commitment to dancer’s safety. We provide solid dance training for the whole Dancer.
We are very proud of our philosophy and know that trophy chasing and an overly competitive environment are not part of our business or values and we are proud to commit to remaining kind and nurturing while encouraging excellence.
