A very warm thank you to @caitie_minger for sharing her expertise with our student members last month. There were some very beneficial discussions regarding how to tell if our bodies are low in nutrition, and what to do to combat this.
Caitie also shared some quick and easy ways to implement more macronutrients into a dancer’s diet.

Courtney’s teaching career has spanned respected schools across regional Victoria, where she has delivered training in ballet, jazz, tap, acro, contemporary, and ballroom.
A strong advocate for regional voices, Courtney is eager to represent the interests of children, families, and studios outside metropolitan centres. She is passionate about ensuring that regional communities have equal access to education, opportunities, and recognition within the broader dance industry.
As both an educator and leader, Courtney believes strongly in providing high-quality training within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment—ensuring every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
